Lawrenceville, NJ, August 16, 2016 – In a continuing effort to recognize extraordinary contributions to healthcare in New Jersey, the Edward J. Ill Excellence in Medicine Foundation and MDAdvantage Insurance Company are calling for nominations for the 2017 Edward J. Ill Excellence in Medicine Awards®. The deadline for nominations is August 30, 2016.
This event began in 1939 and has been sponsored by MDAdvantage since 2003. The awards are named after Edward J. Ill, MD, a New Jersey physician who was a pioneer in promoting continuing education in ways that set the national standard. Each of the Foundation’s Awards recognizes “excellence in medicine” as manifested in the varied ways that may significantly impact the health and well-being of our citizens in New Jersey and nationally.

Nominations
An individual or group may submit nominations as per the Guidelines for Nomination 2017, available at www.EJIawards.org. The nomination package should include a detailed letter summarizing the candidate’s areas of excellence, unique contributions and special qualifications, and his or her CV or resume. The nomination should be uploaded to the online application found at www.EJIawards.org.
