Lawrenceville, NJ, December 12, 2018 – Patricia A. Costante, Chairman and CEO of MDAdvantage Insurance Company, a leading provider of medical professional liability insurance, today announced the appointment of Jill Young, DO, to its Board of Directors.

Dr. Young is a board certified anesthesiologist who has been a member of Morris Anesthesia Group for the past 20 years, serving as Chairperson and CEO for the last 10 years. She oversees 65 anesthesiologists who provide care at multiple hospital systems and ambulatory surgical centers in the tri-state area. Dr. Young has designed data-driven protocols and policies for the delivery of anesthesia services at both hospitals and ambulatory centers. She sits on the Medical Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Society of Anesthesia and serves as a delegate to the American Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Young has performed medical missions to Honduras to provide anesthesia to the neediest patients. She recently received accolades from Horizon Insurance Company for implementing one of the country’s first anesthesia-led episodes of care programs. She is one of the largest developers of ongoing CME educational opportunities and workshops within a private practice.
