RISK MANAGEMENT - OFFICE SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
Systems must be fully implemented, operational and used by all practitioners in all practice locations for at least nine months and eligibility to receive the discount is determined sixty days prior to the effective date of the renewal. Discounts are applied toward the next policy period and are credited annually while the system is in use and is subject to Risk Management review and monitoring.
