EDUCATION PROGRAMS ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT FOR PREMIUM DISCOUNT



Key Points about the Risk Management Education Premium Discount:

  1. A Risk Management education premium discount of 3% ($1000 maximum) will be applied at the next policy renewal following successful completion of any combination of eligible Risk Management education programs that earn a total of three (3) Risk Management education credits.
  2. The three (3) required Risk Management education credits must be earned prior to the date of the policy renewal in order for the education discount to be applied.
  3. Policyholders are requested to complete their selected Risk Management education programs at least sixty (60) days prior to the date of their policy renewal.
  4. Risk Management education credits not applied towards a Risk Management education premium discount will expire 18 months from the date the credit for the program was issued.
  5. Certificates of program completion must be received by the MDAdvantage Risk Management Department before the applicable Risk Management education credit(s) can be issued.
  6. Certificates of program completion may be forwarded to the Risk Management Department either by mail or by facsimile at (609)-896-5811.
