RISK MANAGEMENT
MDAdvantage is committed to providing risk management services to help you minimize liability in your practice. We are pleased to present our Risk Management Incentive Plan. The plan offers premium discounts for implementing office systems and/or participating in educational programs. You will appreciate both the vast selection of programs as well as the flexibility to meet your practice needs.
The following grids summarize both the office systems and educational programs that qualify for premium discounts. Please take a moment to review them and keep the following important points in mind.
Office Systems
- Approved office systems must be fully implemented, operational and used by all practitioners in all practice locations for at least nine months and eligibility to receive the discount is determined sixty days prior to the effective date of the renewal
- Discounts are applied toward the next policy period and are credited annually while the system is in use and is subject to risk management review
- Participating in educational programs qualifies for an additional discount
Educational Programs
- A combined discount of 3% (not to exceed $1,000) is credited upon successful completion of a combination of programs
- Most programs offer CME credits
- Discount is applied toward the next policy period
- Some programs may be repeated annually and others only after 3 years
- Programs must be completed within an 18-month period
