John L. McGuire
Director
John L. McGuire has been a Director since 2006. Dr. McGuire was President of Ferring Research Institutes Worldwide and a member of the Group Executive Committee of The Ferring Pharmaceutical Group, headquartered in St. Prex, Switzerland from 2004 until his retirement in 2007. Prior to 2004, he was affiliated with Johnson & Johnson for nearly 35 years, serving in a number of management and executive positions before being named Senior Vice President of Research and Development for the R.W. Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute and then Corporate Vice President of Business Development. Dr. McGuire received his Bachelor of Science degree from Butler University and his Master’s and Doctorate degrees from Princeton University. Dr. McGuire serves on the Boards of several community organizations. He is currently a trustee of Hunterdon Healthcare System, Raritan Valley Community College, The Pennington School and the New Jersey Hospital Association. He is also a member of the Executive Board of the North East Region of the Boy Scouts of America.
