 Edward F. Bader
Director
Edward F. Bader has been a Director since 2002. Mr. Bader is President of Bader and Associates LLC, a company providing consulting services to financial service companies, insurance regulators, and law firms. Mr. Bader has more than 40 years of experience in accounting and auditing with a concentration in the insurance industry. Mr. Bader was a senior partner in the Insurance Industry Practice at Arthur Andersen LLP prior to his retirement in 2001. Mr. Bader received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Fairfield University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Accounting. He is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Bader is a Director of RAM Re Holdings Ltd., a Bermuda-based financial guaranty insurance company, and the YMCA of Greater Hartford.
